Download Document ↓Submit your manuscript to any of the 426 ONOS-eligible journals. Proceed through peer review. Inform publisher after acceptance that APC will be paid by INFLIBNET Centre.
Visit onos.gov.in/apc. Register with your official institutional email. Fill in article details, author information, and contribution declaration. Download the generated PDF.
Go to Existing Submissions on the portal → click Pending status → upload the signed declaration, acceptance letter, and publisher APC invoice. The Nodal Officer at Shreenivas Deshpande Library, IIT (BHU) will be notified to verify and approve it on the panel.
After the signature of HOD, send it to the Shreenivas Deshpande Library office for the singnature of the Registrar. Collect it personally after the the signature.
